Actually we're not sure which is harder to comprehend, Shaquille O'Neal in the front office or returning to the Orlando Magic.

The future Hall of Famer brings a certain presence no matter what position he holds but to become an executive is one we didn't see coming.
And we're guessing that the public feuding between him andDwight Howard was just for show.
Keeping Howard would be priority No.1 for O'Neal.
O'Neal played in Orlando for our season and led them to the 1995 finals but broke the city's heart when he left.
Magic vice president of communications Joel Glass told USA TODAY Sports that "in order to not compromise our search, we are not discussing the process or timetable."
Of course that doesn't mean we can't discuss it. What do you think of Shaq in the front office?
