GARETH BARRY has been ruled out of England's Euro 2012 campaign through injury.
England boss Roy Hodgson has called up Everton's Phil Jagielka as Barry's replacement.
Hodgson said: “I’m very disappointed to lose Gareth, not only was he a member of my original 23-man squad but he has featured prominently in the England team over the last few years.
"I know how much he wanted to be part of the tournament but I’m sure he will still have a part to play with England after the Euros. I wish him a speedy recovery.”
Hodgson’s England party meet up at the team hotel tomorrow lunchtime to resume training following the win in Oslo.
The deadline for submitting England’s final Euro 2012 squad to UEFA is at 11am tomorrow.
