The Miami Heat don't need a helping hand in the playoffs. And yet teams in the Eastern Conference just can't help themselves.
The Knicks' Amar'e Stoudemire punches the glass protecting a fire extinguisher to seemingly make it easier for Miami to finish off a series they currently lead 2-0.
The team has already lostIman Shumpert to a blown knee.
Rajon Rondo bumps a referee and makes his Celtics, currently without a healthy Ray Allen, work that much harder in an opening round series against Atlanta.
As for the Magic and Bulls, fate dealt them a bad hand withDwight Howard's back and Derrick Rose's knee.
The Heat's Dwyane Wade said of Stoudemire that "hopefully he gets better. We want all their guns on the court."
That doesn't appear to be happening no matter how far the Heat advance in the east. Not that the Heat are looking ahead.
"We did what we're supposed to do," Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said. "It's not anything more than that. We're already trying to leave this game behind."
But we're not asking the folks in Miami, we are asking you. Who can stop Miami from advancing to its second consecutive NBA Finals?
While we wait for the lineup, here is some good work by some good people that we might have missed while sleeping or welcoming back Alex Ovechkin to the Stanley Cup playoffs.
