Miami Heat 'good effort' kid explains it all (USA TODAY)

After the Miami Heat lost Game 5, a video went viralof a young fan pumping up the spirits of the team.
6 NBC Miami tracked down 9-year-old Jack Meyer, who has inspired aTwitter account, to talk about his unflagging optimism. He has been a fan since he was three-years-old.
"I said 'Good job, good effort' and Terrel  (Harris) noticed me and gave me a thumbs up," he said.
Some thought the young fan from Coral Gables was being sarcastic but he says not true.
"LeBron James was fighting so hard, Shane Battier,Udonis HaslemChris Bosh only played 14 minutes, yet one of his best games," he said. "You can't give up this easily. You know there's always got to be a second chance for you. You always have the power to win."
