England have called up Surrey seamer Stuart Meaker as cover for James Anderson for the second one-day international against Australia.
Anderson is still battling to overcome the tight groin that troubled him during Friday's victory at Lord's.
He is expected to recover in time for Sunday's match at the Oval but England have called in Meaker as a precaution.
Meaker, 23, has played two ODIs for England, the most recent against India in Kolkata in October 2011.
Anderson, who turned 30 on Saturday, will be given a late fitness test before the start of play on Sunday morning.

Australia opener David Warner is in a bullish mood ahead of this Sunday's match, despite his side's defeat by 15 runs at Lord's.
The aggressive left-hander, who was caught behind off Anderson after scoring 56 from 61 balls on Friday, believes Australia have nothing to fear from the England bowling attack.
"I felt Anderson and Broad were a little tired," Warner said.
"We know what those two are like - they really hit the crease - and I felt they weren't really hitting the bat as hard as they normally would. But obviously, they've played a lot of cricket.
"I only faced a couple of overs from Steven Finn but I thought he was their best bowler by far. His pace, his line and lengths were fantastic."
The 25-year-old also claimed his side could have won comfortably at Lord's if at least one of their top-order batsman had still been standing towards the end of the innings.
"If we had a batter set, one of the top four in there at the end, we could have quite comfortably won that with, I reckon, probably five overs to spare," Warner insisted.
"We know we've got to be critical on that [on Sunday] and hope not to lose too many wickets in the powerplay and up front."
