CHELSEA star Ashley Cole faced an onslaught of abuse after making his debut on Twitter.

The Chelsea left back signed up to the micro-blogging site yesterday and was immediately involved in an ugly spat with Arsenal fans – after he branded them “babies”.
Cole left the Gunners controversially in 2006, signing for their London rivals.
And some Arsenal supporters haven't forgiven him for the perceived betrayal - with hundreds venting their fury at him online.
Several published tweets labelling Cheryl Cole's ex "Judas".
But the 31-year-old countered by uploading a photo of him clutching the Champions League trophy and crowed about Chelsea winning seven major competitions in the last seven years, while their north London rivals won nothing.
He wrote: "I am what I am!!! Winnerrr!!!! Hahahahahahah, 11 to me 0 for you!!!"
He added: "Tut tut tut, love to give it out but cant take it when the truth is told, babies!!!! thought people on here had sense of humour!!!!!
"Look, im not dissing arsenal, or the fans, i had many great years with the club, and have respect for you all, but dont all get upset.
"Listen everyone knows the real reason i left peeps just dnt wanna admit it, remember, players always wrong, yawn!!!!"
Cole, who was dumped by pop singer wife Cheryl after a string of alleged affairs was even abused for his treatment of the Girls Aloud star.
A user called Lee Mitchell told him: "Everyone knows the 'real' reason Cheryl dumped you too, your (sic) a greedy vile little rat! Nobody likes you."
Another user wrote: "On what planet must Ashley Cole be living if he thought for one moment that joining Twitter was ever going to go well?"
While another user called Aamire Fallil wrote: "@TheRealAC3 Could've been a great at Arsenal, truly a great. Maybe even a captain if you stayed on. Oh well looks like money was your motive."
And TV presenter, and devoted Arsenal fan, Piers Morgan tweeted: "How on earth can Twitter verify @TheRealAC3 when even the real one's a fake? #Cashley"
