BRAVO OSCAR ... Chelsea's Brazilian star curls home his stunning second at Stamford Bridge
Published: 16 minutes ago
OSCAR’S night ended with Chelsea fluffing their lines at Stamford Bridge.
Blues’ Brazilian ace gave the Champions League holders a two-goal lead with a devastating two-minute double.
But Roberto Di Matteo’s men threw away the advantage as goals from Arturo Vidal and Fabio Quagliarella earned Juventus a point in the Group E opener.
Oscar’s second goal deserved to win any game as the attacking midfielder jinked away from Andrea Pirlo before arcing a delicious shot beyond legendary keeper Gigi Buffon.
But after the Italian champions levelled the tie, they almost nicked it when Quagliarella’s shot on the turn beat Petr Cech but flicked the crossbar.
