Pratt appeared with Skip Bayless and Stephen A. Smith today on ESPN's "First Take." She handled herself well enough to come back as a regular panelist.
TELL US: What did we learn from Game 1?
When Bayless asked her if her son could be better than Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan she said "of course I do. Why wouldn't I believe that?"
She said her son "needs to be pushed" and isn't "sure why he thinks he needs to be reserved."
In a warning to the Heat, she said when she arrived in Oklahoma City she was nervous and but her son said "I'm fine. It's just a game" and that he was "more locked in" than she has ever seen him.
Pratt broke Bayless' heart when she said the one Heat player she roots for is LeBron James.
"He's a sweetheart," she said of the Miami superstar. "He's always been kind to my son."
