ROBERTO MANCINI has launched an astonishing attack on keeper Joe Hart.
The Manchester City star gifted Southampton two goals in last night’s 3-1 defeat and boss Mancini raged: “Joe has made too many mistakes. He has not been good enough.”
Mancini lost the plot after seeing the Premier League champions flop at St Mary’s following a comedy of errors.
First, England No 1 Hart palmed the ball into the path of Jason Puncheon for Saints’ opener.
Then he let a shot from Rickie Lambert slip between his hands and through his legs for Steven Davis to score.
And, finally, Gareth Barry slotted the ball into the corner of his own net as he tried to deal with a cross.
Mancini added: “It was a really bad mistake from Joe.
“It was not good enough. It’s not strange because he’s done a few mistakes this year.”
