Last weekend when we asked which team could advance the deepest in the playoffs, 38% of the voters said Lakers, 13% said Clippers and 18% thought both were looking strong.

The Clippers have Blake Griffin and Chris Paul to lead them. That is two more superstars than they have had in years.
What do we need to say about the Lakers?
Kobe. Pau. Andrew. Plus a history of a 16 titles that fans of almost every other team would covet.
Neither has an easy road. The Lakers play Oklahoma City and the Clippers get top seeded San Antonio. If you were betting, the Thunder and Spurs would be where your green is probably going.
Clippers GM Neil Olshey said earlier this year that the "goal is not only to get to the playoffs but be a factor in them. … We want to be a threat to everybody in the league."
That is something the Clippers aspire to and the Lakers are used to. We ask again which team is going to go places in these playoffs?
