Stephon Marbury was honored with a statue in Beijing on Sunday. And there was a surprise guest.

The former NBA guard led the Beijing Ducks to the Chinese Basketball Association title a few months ago.

A bronze likeness was the way the team decided to honor him since he was not eligible for MVP honors.

Among those on hand that Marbury thanked by Twitter was a man who won five titles in the NBA.
