Oribe Peralta's late brace saw Santos Laguna advance to the Mexican Clausura final in dramatic circumstances on Sunday at the expense of Tigres Monterrey.
Heading into the semi-final second leg with the tie finely poised after a 1-1 first-leg draw, all looked to be going smoothly for visiting Tigres when two goals from Hector Mancilla put the visitors 2-0 up within half an hour.
But Peralta pulled one back in the 86th minute and then grabbed another three minutes later to level things at 3-3 on aggregate, which meant Santos Laguna progressed due to their superior record in the regular season.
They will face Monterrey - who completed a 2-0 aggregate win over America on Saturday - in the final.
